The staff wear very friendly and helpful and kind with my kids. The housekeeper was fantastic to look after our room. The breakfast was very good and my kids liked it. We liked every things in the hotel. I was really relax for my 6 days holiday spent in this hotel with my family.

The staff at the front desk or the reception needs more training specially the staff at the night shift which I met on Feb 23. This group is unhelpfull especially the cashier.

I didn't like that there were no entertainment in the evenings and the rating of the hotel in my opinion is wrong, there is no way that Hotel is five stars.

The person at the reception was very unhelpful rude and refused to let me stay although that I have a british passport
