Location and room (we were given a free upgrade)

Can of coke was £2!! Also as well as the City Tax the hotel also put there own tax on top of the bill at £1.50 per day.

Drinks in bar and food in restaraunt costly.

The Pool

Staff not very friendly. No poolside service. The first room we were put into smelled of smoke. They did change our room over, however, this one still had a faint smell of smoke in it as well. Had to ask 2 times for toilet paper. Just not on the ball for a big hotel chain.

i liked the garden and the location of the hotel

i didn't like the room, the beds are unconfortable and the rooms quiet old, the bar terrasse is too small
