Owner organised for us to be picked up and dropped back from the airport, which helped us relax straight away. The hotel staff were lovely and very friendly. The breakfast was fantastic and we looked forward to it every morning. Owner was also available to talk about places to see and visit as well as offering his services to take you or organise transport. The decor was beautiful and our room very clean and comfortable. Overall a very enjoyable stay.

We had the room facing the outside, which allowed for cross ventilation in May (also there was air conditioning that worked well). Dar Najat was one of the most comfortable riads we stayed in during our 14 days in Morocco. Oiliver and the entire staff at Dar Najat made my stay in Marrakech priceless. Great property, great location, but most of all great people. I will treasure my stay with them for a lifetime. Enough said. Oliver and his team were excellent! If you book make sure you take up the offer of the transfer from the airport - while its only 5 mins from the main market square you wouldnt want to find it on your own although it is very central. Good location in the Medina, friendly staff who were happy to arrangeanything we needed, excellent breakfast and wifi internet access. Allthe riads say they have internet but on our trip Dar Najat was the onlyone to deliver!. The support staff, with the exception of the driver, were great and friendly. The location was central. The decor was lovely. Situation within town, kindness of staff and quality of food. It was on the expensive side as once we got to the city we heard about other riads which were much cheaper however we couldn't fault our riad and it was definately worth it. The heating did not work when we were there and it was a little cold at night, but the staff provided extra blankets.The drainage in the old city isn't great so our bathroom smelt of bad drains and we had to keep the door shut and the window open. This isn't the fault of the hotel though and you'd likely have it in any of the old city riads. The bathroom drain was smelly...... only the negative point.No locks on individual guest rooms. Our friends were in the room over the street and found it alittle noisy.Being told things will be taken care of, making assumptions, without telling us the associated costs ahead of time. Poor lighting in bathroom and bedroom, poor ventilation in bedroom.
