  We had a really great stay at Riad Naya! Hassan came to pick us up from the edge of the Medina (petit taxi from train station to Bab Laksoor entrance - 20dirhams) and immediately made us feel very welcome at his place. The Riad is newly renovated and very colourful with a great rooftop/terrace area to relax (and smoke some shisha or have a drink!)... what people say » . The breakfast was great (bread, jam, yoghurt, juice, tea etc) but there is also open access to the kitchen area and fridge so you can buy some thing - Already lots has been said about this small four room riad. We found the owners very involved with the guests. We have been drinking wine with them and the other guests until deep in the night for more than one evening. There is a very informal and relaxed atmosphere. The rooms are basic but kept spotlessly clean. The riad is situated on walking distance of the city centre but is an oasis of peace when you come back in. If you want a swimming pool, big breakfast buffet and roomservice than go

Nothing was too much trouble and we were given advice on where to eat and where to go. Youssef is very helpful in everything we needed from the room we stayed until the sightseeings we want to visit. I run out of words to describe for their great service. Its a service given with a heart and passion. Th - I liked the friendly and helpful staff, the breakfast was wonderful and enough (yogurt, orange juice, pancakes, coffee or tea, eggs and crepes), the bathroom and shower were spacious and had nice towels and bath ropes which was a very nice touch. The room felt cozy. And even though we could not lock it, I was ok with it. The roof top was ok, nothing particular. In general I liked our stay at the Riad, it had an authentic feel to it and as I said, the staff made one feel at home.
