Dar Othmane was a gem of a find. The family that runs this riad is absolutely amazing, they even asked us if we wanted to be adopted! The riad is also in the heart of the old town and yet very quiet, except for the early morning call to prayer, which happens every where. The actual riad is gorgeous and very comfortable.

Well located Riad at a very good price- £30 a night!. Courtyard small but atmospheric. Roof terrace has great views over the medina. Room a good size. Bed a good size but pillows a bit hard. Air conditioning in the room makes staying in the middle of summer a delight to come back to a cool room at the end of a hot day. Staff very helpful and friendly. We had trouble on our first night in fez being hassled by a false-guide who followed us into the medina and wouldn't leave us alone even though

Beautiful traditional Moroccan riad. There are open terrace on the roof, which is bit higher than other buildings around, so you can enjoy the view.
All rooms are decorated in individual, original way with different paintings. Some rooms have only a window to internal yard, which is very nice. On the first floor there are rest area with sofas, guide books and other travel materials.
The owner is French and speaks English perfectly. He is very friendly and attentive to the guests.
We realy enjoy
