Really beautiful architecture right in the Medina, which means you can do most of the sightseeing by foot. We had dinner there for 25eur pp, which I think is expensive but the food was truly amazing. Breakfast was excellent as well. I wish I could stay more time! We hired a guide through them for 25eur, which was ok. They charge 10eur for a transfer to the train station in a grand-taxi, but we took a small-taxi there for 2eur.

It's a bit hidden in the medina but after one day it was no problem to fi - The hotel is so spectacular it is difficult to describe. Directly in the Medina (Old City, the oldest Medina in Morocco). It is a former residence of an Imam from the 17th century and could be described as a palace. A rooftop terrace, inner courtyards and gardens, and even a swimming pool in one of the courtyards. Sakina and Hussein bought him medication, for which they did not want to get any money. They boiled him rice and did not charge, etc. These are lovely people. And the Riad is a nice place. An oasis of calm in the hectic of a Moroccan city.

Breakfast is sufficient with some variations day to day. We were there for 3 nights so we would not want to eat the same thing 3 times in a roll.
