The friendlyness of the staff is incredible. I have never before experienced a warmness like this before, as if you are coming home with friends. My friend was sick wenn we arrived and was taken care of immediately. Sakina and Hussein bought him medication, for which they did not want to get any money. They boiled him rice and did not charge, etc. These are lovely people. And the Riad is a nice place. An oasis of calm in the hectic of a Moroccan city.

Very good location: on the one of the main streets in medina and yet some steps away from the street noise, so the riad was quiet. Nice modest interior. The riad was highly pleasant household, especially Mustafa. Feels like you are long awaited family member. I would revisit the place again.

The Riad is in a fabulous location, quiet, but moments from the action. The room was comfortable with a good shower. Mustapha and staff were very friendly and helpful. Our taxis, a city guide and an excursion were arranged at reasonable prices. Very good value for money.

Nice hotel, clean, tidy. Nice and friendly staff, who helped us identify a city guide and informed us a little bit about the city. The hotel was very quiet and with a terrace with nice views of the ancient medina. Located in the medina but a little far away from the Bab Bou Jeloud Gate.

a most beautiful riad, the staff were exceptionally friendly,helpful in
any way and treated us to lovely extras to eat and drink. The food at
the Palais Verte was wonderful. The views from the terras is
incredible. The only negative we have to say is that we didn't stay
long enough!!! Getting to the riad by car was a little daunting at
first,but someone met us and drove ahead of us,from there on we were
well taken care off.

things moroccan. They email you directions on how to get to the hotel
when you arrive at R'cif Square which were perfect, and made it
much easier to find. I arrived in Fez at night, and I was harassed on
the street by a guy who followed me the whole way and kept calling me
names

Great place to stay! The rooms are nice (a bit dim but it really gives you the feeling of being in a riad) and they have the best showers. Ben, the host, is also one of the coolest guys you'll ever meet. He arranged a free ride for us from the train station and helped us get a guide for the medina.
