  Well located in the heart of the Medina, we found the suite to be roomy and sunny and provided a very enjoyable 4 day stay. We were met at the train station and delivered to the riad quickly and efficiently for a small fee.   We stayed in Riad Jean Claude for two nights in October. We booked the Fes twin room because this was the only one available. Like the Meknes room this room is situated on the highest floor of the Riad. The room has a private terrace which gives you a great view over the Fes medina. The room was quite small but offered just enough space for our lu... what people say » ggage. The beds were very comfortable and the air conditioning worked well. The bathroom had a good shower and all facilities we needed. But there is - Jean Claude was the most helpful friendly host you could possibly find. He collected and dropped us off at the bus station and helped us with onward tickets. The riad was in an excellent location very close to the medina but just far enough away to be quiet. The swimming pool was great to have after a hot day exploring. The delicious breakfast was served in a lovely garden setting and the view from the balcony was spectacular

The riad itself is quit - The staff is very friendly and always happy to help or advise when needed. Very clean rooms and a very nice roof terras! Tea and cookies always for free. You can park your car close to the Riad. Close to the medina; all highlights are within walking distance. A recommended Riad!

  The entire staff at Riad La Cle De fes were delightful. We arrived in the middle of the night and Mohammed, who had been asleep, opened the door and carried our heavy luggage upstairs. Mohammed was the main person who attended to us while we were there.   What a great place! We too were upgraded to a larger room because the hotel was not full. My wife and I stayed for 4 nights and couldn't be happier. The included breakfast was wonderful especially the fresh orange juice, Moroccon coffee, fresh pastries and more. The tile work, decor and small touches in the hotel are wonderful too. Our first night we ate in the hotel and it - Staff was great (especially Mustafá)! We were 2 couples and we reserved suite amina, but since Hotel wasn't full they upgraded us to 2 beautiful and confortable bedrooms (with great bathroom) in a house just in front of the main building, witch had all facilities corresponding to the main building including wireless wich worked very well! Location is near Bab Guissa, wich is very convenient if you have a car, since you can leave it in the park (not free) just outside medina and walk just a bit

I tried to call the Riad & Said called me back on my Ho - Beautiful traditional Moroccan riad. There are open terrace on the roof, which is bit higher than other buildings around, so you can enjoy the view. All rooms are decorated in individual, original way with different paintings. Some rooms have only a window to internal yard, which is very nice. On the first floor there are rest area with sofas, guide books and other travel materials. The owner is French and speaks English perfectly. He is very friendly and attentive to the guests. We realy enjoy
