  Everything was perfect. Extremely friendly staff and very competent. Thank you, Yousef at the pool, Mouna and Meryam in the restaurant, Mamadou, who helped with the suitcases, the 'maitre d'hotel', the nice women at reception and all the others who's names I don't remember, but not their friendliness. If we go back to Essaouira, no doubt it will be in this hotel. - The staff was always willing to give us the little extras that make you feel special. The kitchen was delicious evening time and so the breakfast setting at the pool. Great comfort and a very special quite and relaxing resort inside the medina.

  They provided us with a hot water bottle. Wish they had given us two. - It's location, easy access to the beach and port.The staff were friendly and helpful. It was good to be able to sit out on the terrace in the sunshine, although there was healthy competition for the sun beds!

  I loved this place. The staff were genuine and friendly, and the riad is absolutely gorgeous. We booked the Warda room, which means rose in Arabic, and there were roses and rose petals everywhere inside, which was a nice touch. We couldn't not make use of the huge bathtub and took a relaxing hot bath late at night that put us right to sleep. The riad was beautiful, modern and clean but had a traditional feel to it. We would stay again if we have the opportunity. Breakfast in the morning was delicious and it was nice to feel like the only people in the riad (private). What I really appreciated was on the day of checking out we had done some site seeing, the staff held our bags til about 5 PM, when we came back they offered us Moroccan tea or
