  We booked this riad based on the strength of it's reviews and were not disappointed. The riad is beautiful, with rooms set around a courtyard and was a relaxing retreat after the heat and bustle of the Medina. We were made to feel incredibly welcome by everyone there who couldn't have done more to help us enjoy our stay - even offering mint tea ... what people say » and biscuits whenever we came back from the town. The breakfasts in the riad were delicious and there was no shortage of food - fruit salad, egg, panc - The service was excellent with all the staff, especially the Manager Corinne, all very helpful with great suggestions and tips on where to go and how to get around. Gorgeous interior, great meals, awesome hammam and massage treatments, going the extra mile to call taxis, confirm reservations, etc. Felt like our stay was completely personalized for us (a 30something couple) but also saw other guests with young children, adult mom & daughter, etc. Everyone seemed to be having an equally great

  This was a lovely place to stay for a few nights while we were in Marrakesh. Full of atmosphere and Moroccan character. Not luxury but beautiful design, furniture and features. We had the two rooms on the ground floor with the courtyard and pool between them where we had breakfast - which was plentiful. The roof top terrace was great for sunbathin... what people say » g but a shame we could not dip in the pool from there or sunbathe by the pool. The place was very clean and the staff friendly and helpful. - The relaxation of the riad was wonderful, you would never know of all the hustle & bustle going on outside. The roof top area was lovely. Very friendly staff, nothing was any trouble for them. They were always helpful with advise, making reservations & booking taxi's. Some of us had been before & would recommend an organised trip to the Altlas mountains & to see how the other half live at the NIkki beach! Some good shopping for souvenirs.

  There are many things that we really liked, here is a basic list: 1. Location: The riad is 15mins drive from the airport. The taxi can drop you at the doorstep unlike many other Riads which are located in the narrow lanes of the Medina and have to be reached on foot. Which can prove to be an overwhelming experience when you have just arrived in th... what people say » e city! It is also located perfectly to explore the city from either on foot or by taxi. 2. Staff: The staff at the Riad is very friendly and went all - The Riad is very nice, we had a nice breakfast every morning and got an upgrade of our room for free. The room had aircon, was cleaned everyday and the bathroom is perfect. The swimming pool is small, but if you just want to cool down it's a perfect size! I would absolutely recommend it. It's a ten minute walk from the 'Jema el fnaa' square in a quiet neighborhoud.

  We stayed 2 nights with room and breakfast. The room and bathroom were large with all the amenities needed. The buffet breakfast offered an extensive choice and was also very well presented. The restaurant staff was plentiful but seemed disinterested in serving the guests. However the front desk staff and bellmen were very helpful with great perso... what people say » nalities. Furthermore, I forgot my passport in the room safe and Fatima-ez-hra (the front office manager) saved the day by immediately shipping it to - The hotel has an excellent swimming pool, ideal for relaxing and for the kids to play. Rooms are spacious and with luxury level on the details. The hotel is 10 min away from the medina by taxi. The staff is friendly and very professional. Food is offered as buffet or as standard menu on the two available restaurants. The quality of both is exceptional.
