Staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. We were upgraded from a room to one of the apartments-excellent value, although we would have been very happy in the smaller room too. No problems with a smelly drain for us. Have rebooked for our last day in Morocco. They've changed our room with an apartament because the normal room is very small and without windows. The staff was very nice but this wasn't change the smell of the room :)) so you should think twice before coming here.

Awesome value for money! You cannot find a better deal in Casablanca, I have been traveling every week for the past 3 years to Casablanca and never found such a good deal. The room was good for the money compared to hotel prices. The location was a plus, close to everything, ias well to the center of Casablanca. Awesome customer service, even when I was hot tempered... they were more than accommodating. Everything at casablanca sweet home is very good, the staff very helpfull. the apartment was clean and the staff was really very friendly and kind!. It was very clean and comfortable. Staff are very helpful. The staff were very helpful. They walked us around to show us restaurant and where to get money exchanged after hours. The apartment is spacious. Well equipped kitchen. It's great value for money. Just watch out that the taxi driver will try to scam you for extra pay saying that this apartment is far from city center but it is not!. Good location, very comfortable.. the staff are really helpful. I feel like home when i stay there. Looking foward to stay there again.. Opportunity to live within the real Moroccan district with local neighbors. The staff were very friendly!. Central Casablanca. The apartment was not at all as pictured. One roll of toilet paper and two small towels for a five night stay. Not at the address posted but a ten minute walk with our luggage. Cab drivers couldn't locate the apartment. We liked that We didn't stay in the apartment , We paid . But We couldn't stay , So we booked and paid for another hotel , it's shame and we're glad that we did . There's nothing much to say..! Ppl were good, smiling and helpful. I tried to book the driver from the airport, but it didn't work out. You can catch a taxi for 300DH max into the city and one of the staff members came to meet us and took us to the apartment. Very easy. It's a building whit apartaments not a hotel. There are no services except the cleaning. Very difficult to find it. ... And the smell. Some confusion in the beginning due to rules, but they worked it out well. The apartment is a little bit far from the city centre and the first day the taxi asked us 200 dhm!. It is a little far from the train station. The bathroom is a little bit out of date and need renovation. No A/C It's a 30 mins walk from the closest Tram station. The air-conditioning are really dirty like thousand years without service. Im lucky because now is winter, so i dont use it much. Wifi are totally slow, im not even can browsing at all. The last day of my stay ,there is no hot water. I hope can improve this in future. Damp. The drainage in the toilet was smelly!. The address of the apartment was incorrect and I should have been given the address of the check in office which was different to the apartment. There was no lock on the patio sliding doors. The location, the cleanliness, the leaky shower, the lack of towels, no laundry facilities. Our apartment supposed to be for 4 people , but it not, it's for 2 , 2 double beds. One in a room the other one in the living room and the living room tiny . And the kitchen on top of your head , and if you want to sleep and one of your partner want to watch TV or use the kitchen or they want have fun in the living room , you can't . So no one of us want to be in the livingroom . However, there is no privacy , and the location is far from everywhere . I've arrived at Casablanca at + 3 am, and had to spent the night there. Tomorrow, I've immediately taken my leave to another, due to very poor quality facility. I think with a little more investment, the hotel can become a good place to stay. we arrived at the hotel at 1445pm the place was not ready should be ready at 12pm shower very cold broben but not repaired dirty place i won,t go there ven if it is free of charge the stuff not competent to manager the place horrible day i spent there i what a full refund please.
