The apartment (ours was the studio) is next to the sea, has a nice minimal design. The studio is enough big for a young couple, the kitchen is also enough big for 2 persons. The only problem we faced was the size of the gardrobe where we could put our cloths. The bathroom is nice and very clean. The terrace has a beautiful view on the bay and on the mountains on the other side. The house owners are very nice persons, and really helpful. (it is really advisable to ask for their suggestions regar.
all reviews » This relatively small yet very clean and friendly hotel is an excellent spot for both short and long stays. My friend and I have spent a wonderful fortnight in its comfortable yet unpretentious apartment with a breathtaking view over the bay. Our saunter into Kotor took about 30 minutes and it was beside the water for the whole walk, - it was very pleasant. There is parking just over the road, and a supermarket, about 5 minutes away. Great coffee and grilled squid in the cafe on the ground flo. Excellent Location with very friendly staff who were always ready to help if we had any questions. Any negative comments about the balcony can now be ignored as proper material dividers have been installed fixing the problem. The small jetty where you cqan sunbath is 10m away from the entrance to the hotel and you can swim in the Bay no problem. Apartments were well stocked with equipment and very clean. Would definitely recommend and the rates on letsbookhotel.com were far better than any . The apartment is very well located, right in front of the water. You can swim with cleaning water as it's not in the comer of the bay. It's quite and relaxing place. We had a great pleasure to walk along the beautiful bay to Kotor in the peaceful morning. We enjoyed very much in the balcony facing the bay with wonderful sea and mountain view. The hotel is new and modern offering whats you need during your stay. Jasmina was a wonderful friendly host, the view was gorgeous, room was incredibly clean. Very peaceful. About a 40 minute walk to old town Kotor, but walking along the bay the whole way, so very pleasant. Market about 200 meters away where we always got our morning pastries and evening beverages to enjoy on the lovely balcony. As our the ratings show, everything was great. The owners are marvelous, the restaurant is excellent, and the environment is wonderful. If you want to spend some worry-free days you have to try the location (Dobrota) and the hotel as well. For us it was a real pleasure to spend there six days . The place is situated at a great location with private parking. The rooms / suits are spacious, extremely clean and convenient. The room terrace faces the bay with great views. Yasmia, the owner, is very friendly and helpful on any matter. We highly recommend staying while you're in the area. Air con unit is in the hallway of the apartment and not the bedroom but this is not really a big problem, just means the bedroom can be quite warm if very hot days. The water in the sea bay is rather cold. We left early in the morning because we planed a long and difficult way to drive for that day but we had to wait to 8 o'clock for checking-out. Balcony were joined not separate.
