Excellent.. we arrived late, after midnight and the owner Rajko and his wife waited for us. There were not many people at the time so they were kind to let us use the studio instead a room, very kind people. We had a huge terrace overlooking the seaside. Artistic works on the walls.. very clean, renewed place. You can descend to the promenade/beach using many narrow passages, which makes Herceg Novi charming. Wifi works. Good value for money, we recommend it!.

They'd reserved us a double room instead of the twin we'd booked, but when we pointed out the mistake, they gave us a studio apartment at no extra cost. We'd ordered a taxi for 0630 in the morning as we had to catch a bus, and when it was late, the accommodation owner drove us to the bus station himself - very kind!. City is fantastic and this is right on the main city road with excellent access :old town, shopping, beach, pharmacy, groceries, main promenade, my room had excellent ocean view. Hosts offered laundry service and ride to bus station. My name is Zoran and I am from Toronto, Canada. The owners are nice. The place was clean and comfortable. Really nice bedroom and comfortable kitchen with utensils, fridge etc. Two tables with chairs on the balcony to enjoy the view and chill out. Quite a cozy place! Nice room, terrace and the owners welcomed us with juice and apples since they knew we are cycling. Seems quite renewed. Perfect cleanliness of the room, perfect location of hotel near city center, excellent english speaking service on reception. We enjoyed the host family as they were very nice and friendly and assisted us with whatever we needed. Staff were extremely hospitable and welcoming. Plenty of areas to sit/lie and relax. All was OK. Pretty good value for such little money: clean and with all necessary facilities. The house has a nice large terrace, from which you can even see a bit of the sea and mountains. Affordable price, accessible to the old town by foot. The room is adequate for what we needed: a bed to rest our tired feet! Our bathroom was not connected to the room, though it was right next to it and just for us. The staff was friendly and the room was clean. staff is nice and agradable. A bit of a hike from the bus station and the Old Town. Kitchen and washroom were not in the room I slept. I was ok with stairs but be aware that the whole city is leaning against beautifull hill, so be ready for some stair master level four!. The owners spoke German but very little English, but we've managed so not much of a problem. Not too close to the beach, but a 15min walk wasn't that bad. Balcony was in front of a wall, but we could use the house's terrace Hard to park a car correctly in the crowded street. The private bathroom was not inside our room and there was not possiblity to lock it. It is a little bit difficult to find the location the first time. Bit isolated from main town. It was enough difficult to find this place. The host could be a bit more friendly. He didn't do or say anything rude, but it was clear that he didn't care about comfort of guests. The room is very small. Air conditioning didn't seem to work, even though it was making noise. The privat bathroom was outside the room and had to be locked with a key each time. I found some difficulty in communication in foreign languages (I attempted English and German). However, the owner family were kind and helpful, though the communication was not perfect. Lots of hills to climb up to get back to it after a day at the beaches, totally manageable but if you have any injuries it could be hard. We thought we would have a room with balcony with seaview, but instead of a balcony there was a public terrace. The room was very small and the bathroom was not in our room but in the hall. it is not an hostel but a bed and breakfast. it is far of the center and of the bus station so i can't recommend this hotel. The air conditionning makes noise all the night. it is difficult to sleep in theses conditions. Large number of steps and close proximity of the curb. No rail on the stairway either and no towel racks or robe hooks in the bathroom. The bed was not comfortable.
