We have been there fot four nights.
This hotel set a high bar for hotels and service in mexico, in our expirience. The staff was super kind and nice, the room was big and clean, the location was good and within 5-10 minutes from all the restaurants and the center of town. We highly recommend staying there!!

Hotel is located just 5 minutes walking from Zocalo and main streets.
Rooms are nice and clean, sometimes it's getting cold at nights so you can easily ask to bring more blankets.
Stuff is great and english speaking. They helped us with all our questions. Also they have their own laundry service.
Wifi was available in room.

The hotel was really pretty and had a nice common area where you can rest or play cards. The breakfast buffet was good and included fresh OJ, coffee, fruit and eggs. Restaurant was nice as well. The hotel is located on one of the main streets, 10min walking distance from the cathedral and market places. It is also next door and across from two museums and a church. Staff was friendly and service quick. My family loved it here.
