Great location, a few minutes down the road from the town centre. The hotel gave us everything we wanted. Which was nice comfortable room and pleasant surroundings. This a what we found is a typical mexican hotel with rooms round courtyards. Staff very helpful. We arrived early in the morning after an overnight bus. And the reception checked us in straight away - fortunately rooms were free. And because we had to get up very early one day later and miss breakfast they let us have that "entitlem.
all reviews » The hotel was really pretty and had a nice common area where you can rest or play cards. The breakfast buffet was good and included fresh OJ, coffee, fruit and eggs. Restaurant was nice as well. The hotel is located on one of the main streets, 10min walking distance from the cathedral and market places. It is also next door and across from two museums and a church. Staff was friendly and service quick. My family loved it here. The staff were nice although they didn't speak English, the tour planner was great, planned everything exactly as we wanted to. Location, got a clean room with patio facing the main street. Great view of the park. Good breakfast. Very good hotel, a bit expensive, filled with rich locals. Absolute e-x-c-e-l-l-e-n-t breakfast. Very pretty hotel. Parking available and great food. Loveley courtyard to chill. Parking, competent receptionist, nice colonial style, quiet. The staff was wonderful. The location was great. everything. We were able to check in to the room early Breakfast was nice - fruit, toast followed by eggs how we wanted. Location was fantastic. Only thing you have to watch is the bathroom has a tiny window which opens onto the corridor. Some have commented on this. Simple - just close it ... ! Not exactly a big deal. Beds were a bit hard for my taste, but that was about it. The location is not great. Though the staffs committed to supply packed breakfast in the morning at 6am. Morning staff at the desk at 6 am said he could not do anything as there was no supply from the kitchen, though previous evening also front desk confirmed the packed breakfast. Room had no heating and it was a bit cold in the night. Still, it was not a problem. Very noisy!. Smoking is allowed semi-inside near the breakfast area, breakfast too much focused on quantity rather than quality. Front rooms could be a bit noisy. nothing. Staff were not very friendly Given a room right at the back of the hotel Window in our room looked like it was falling out of the wall and it did not have a curtain so woke us up early morning. Poor breakfast Small bathrooms. the stuff was not frienfly and not giving service.
