ubicacion, instalaciones. The hotel is very well located in the heart of San Cristobal de las Casas. It has a very beautiful "patio" which functions as the hotel's restaurant. There's a lack of professionalism and customer service in the hotel reception. The answer to our question about parking was more or less "we don't care". On the day of our departure the receptionist was going to charge us double the price (we stayed for two nights and she wanted to use the total as the daily rate) and did not even apologize for the mistake. Our room was dark and cold; really not worth the price. All in all, we did not feel welcome at the hotel.
