  The staff were fantastic! Helping us with inquiries and bookings for tours etc The hotel was excellent! It felt like a home away from home, we had the Master Suite, which we loved. Clean and tidy. Location, location. I could not think of better spot to be. Excellent value for money. If we ever come back to Puerto Vallarta (we didn't want to leave)... what people say » we will stay at Hotel Catedral for sure. - The place is clean and well maintained. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Free wi-fi & computers with internet in the lobby. Nice rooms with amenities - flatscreen tv, aircon, wall safe, etc. Quiet location. This is a very quiet, peaceful setting and the location couldn't be better both for the beach and for all restaurants, bars and cafes.   Good location. Close to restaurants and city center. Lots of good food choices around. The staff was exceptionally helpful and friendly. Any requests were immediately accommodated. Safe area to walk do to many restaurants. The rooms were very comfortable. The bathroom was big. Good cleaning. WI-FI in the room worked well. Not expensive breakfast... what people say » , fresh juice, coffee, tea, 3 types of homemade yogurt, cereal, toast, butter, jam, honey, fruit and hot Mexican food. Good, secure parking. Large div - This was our second stay. I'm giving 5 stars for services and comfort even though it's not a 5 star hotel because it's far better than you'd expect from a budget hotel. The staff are very nice and helpful and there is always someone fluent in English at the desk. Excellent maid service, a small bar with wi fi in the lobby, and the breakfast buffet is decent if you don't feel like going out. Great location too!! We love this place! A friend recommended this hotel and he was right!
