  Staff was helpful as best to their authority. There is a lot of areas to sit, relax or sunbathe and eat/drink. I like the size of our room. - the staff was superb, stunning views, beautiful hotel, gorgeous young people waiting on you. the food was excellent.

  The rooms are great, spacious and comfy we managed to get what we asked for, which is two connecting rooms. The name tags including each staff member's passion stood out.   I love the staff everyone was so friendly food was delicious and love the one on one attention even when the chef comes out to greet you and see if your food was good! - The owner and the staff were really nice and helpfull. The gardens are beautiful and the rooms very well done. I certainly will come back!

  The price was incredibly reasonable, location was great it was close to everything in old Puerto Vallarta. Concierge was very knowledgeable & if she didn't know she'd find out for you.   The place was beautiful, the beds were comfortable, and the beach was perfect. It is small and intimate, which is nice compared to those impersonal mega resorts. The food was good, and the service was too.
