The price was incredibly reasonable, location was great it was close to everything in old Puerto Vallarta. Concierge was very knowledgeable & if she didn't know she'd find out for you. All the staff were very helpful. It was an enjoyable & wealth worth stay, I'll be definitely coming back again!!!!. Once we got a good room it was fine. The pool was nice,restaurant nice, location good, staff was helpful. The third room was okay but the first two were not. There was a leak somewhere in the kitchen causing standing water on floor.
