This is a great spot! I stayed a little over a week and enjoyed it! It's right next to the main walking strip and a short walk to the beach. The breakfast was good and if you ask for an eggs the guy will cook them up for you. I stayed in room 24 and the ac was cold and I was able to stream movies via the Internet. I can't speak for the other rooms but mine was perfect. Centrally located very cute hotel (it is a language school at the same time), with a nice room, including a fridge, with a good breakfast to get started in the morning and a pleasant pool to kick back in the evenings. Friendly and helpful staff as well. I really enjoyed my stay.

Francisco, the man in charge at night was a sweetheart and he waited for us to check in because we got there really late. If you're a princess you won't be able to sleep (I never had a problem falling asleep) - Outside is moskitoland (they are everywhere outside, but none in the room if you're careful). Nothing to complain. Nothing, was perfect. - noise, next to place with stupid Techno music for retards - fortunately when You turn A/C on it's not that annoying ;) ; - no WiFi in the rooms. Little noisy place, due to club oposite to rear street. The towels felt to hard. Sometimes noisily from a bar across a street. The two young men in the morning were very rude. Too noisy now. And the room was not perfectly clean.hairs in the glass next the wash bassin and dusch box) no warm water. Nothing. Very noisy!!!! The first night we couldn't sleep at all, because we had a room directing to the street, where a bar is placed. And the hotel doesn't have any soundsproof windows. On the second night we switched room to a room directing to the pool, and it was much better! The staff isn't kind at all.. It's old and needs allot of attention. Water presher is low in shower. IT'S OLD!. Very very noisy neighbourhood. The breakfast situation wasn't very clear. Some of the guests got omelettes served up whereas others had to stick to the simple buffet. There is a really noisy Bar near from there and it is difficult to sleep. The share bathroom was the main thing i wouldn't go back. No toilette paper and really bad shower.
