This hotel was everything it needed to be and more. The rooms are large and there is a little dinette area with microwave, fridge and a hot plate with pots and dishes. The pool is amazing, the architecture is just beautiful. Breakfast is included and is a great value. We had TV in English and the internet worked great. Unless you are strictly a 5 star traveler, this is a great find.

Location. Right next to the collectivos and very close to the bus stop. The walk to the beach wasn't too bad.

It was just what we needed to stay one night in Playa.. just somewhere cheap to sleep, nothing fancy, just basic but clean and in good condition.

The beds are on the hard side. The rooms are right next to the pool, so you hear everything going on at the pool. But it got quiet at night.
Internet was terrible, the water got cut off a few times and we got a room on the 2nd floor. Having a 4 month old with all our luggage and push chair, we found it very uncomfortable carrying everything up the stairs as there is no elevator. And breakfast was nothing special.
Pool closed at 9 pm.

every door shutting in the entire place was amazingly loud. shook the room. kept me up and woke me up a lot. wont go back. some weather stripping might help.

I didnt like that the machine to check credit card was not working.
It wasn't kid friend, some of staff was unfriendly and unhelpful the breakfast menu sucked (inflexible)beds were hard,the view from our room was horrible. No showers near the pool, they wanted kids to shower the sand off in our room first (sand everywhere).had to wait a night for an extra pillow. And at checkout they said i was missing a towel.
Very noisy due to the design of building and ongoing construction work. Microwave and fridge in room but when i asked for cuttlery ( a spoon) was told no i had to go around the corner and buy one.
