Because of the treatment and deliberate lies of the staff there isn't much to like about this hotel.

Staff lied about why I was put into inferior lodging after knowingly I booked a suite. Staff very unprofessional and very disorganized. Giving the wrong room and then unwilling to change me into my proper reservation until I insisted that I was a seasoned traveler and that I would contact Booking. After being changed into a more suitable room then the lights went out, which I believe was deliberate. The third room didn't have air conditioning and wasn't as nice.
