This is a fabulous hotel and I highly recommend staying here to experience the sheer luxury that this hotel offers its guests. Don,t be put off by the appearance of the facade or the general appearance of the area.Open the doors from the street and you will be amazed by the inferior. The owner Yan is from Holland. He has a perfect sense of Hospitality. Everything is arranged in a perfect way. Besides nice hotel service he also provided lots of advice and suggestion about the trip around Merida area. This place is what heaven must be like. Although we're young and on a budget, we like staying in authentic, beautiful places and this hotel was the best welcome to Mexico we could get.
The hotel is in this beautiful traditional-styled home with a wonderful patio with fountain allowing you to sleep with only the sound of the flowing water... The decorations, made by locals, were incredibly beautiful (from the bed covers to the ceramic hand painted sink).
