  I like everything about this hotel. All of the staff was totally outstanding and helpful in every way. Thank you Luis and Patricia. It was very clean and well maintain....everything was spotless. The location was great as we could walk to everything. The buffet breakfast was a+ and gave us the opportunity to try different Mexican food and the serv... what people say » ice was a + as well. We will go back to this hotel when we return to Merida. We love this hotel! - The staff was great! The room was big and luxe with a view on Paseo de Montejo. We got a welcome drink at the bar and where close to a nice italian restaurant.

  The house is beautiful and a great combination of modern and old. Our room had an outside shower and bath which was great. The staff was very helpful and nice. I had a massage which was excellent. The breakfast menu is amazing. - Decoration Room size Service Location

  -good value for your money -20 min. drive to the centro -20 min. drive to Progresso -1.5 hr. drive to Celestum -staff was very accommodating, except one - Great very clean and modern facilities. Very friendly staff. Compared to similarly priced accommodations across the yucatan province very high quality.

  The kindness of the owner who was very helpful. The location was fantastic. The pool even if I went in cold period was really a bless.
