of the lobby and the fully stained glass ceiling. The location was
perfect. -
The Hotel itself is great, both rooms and public places, everyone already wrote about the mosaic glass roof above lobby area. And of course the old lift which unfortunately you can use only once you arrive to hotel.
Guest relations service is good - I contacted them before my arrival to book some extra services and they really did their best to help me.

first of all location is great, 5 minutes walk from subway Bella artes station or Allende station and same 5 to 10 minutes walk to the zocalo plaza , if historic center is yr destination then here is the best place, close enough to the attraction but in a very quite place not like the other.
