My Mom and I were pleasantly surprised with a free room upgrade upon arrival. Our room had a balcony overlooking the pool, a mini fridge and small kitchenette which was well-equipped. The hotel is situated off the main road and towards the end of the Hotel Zone and bordering the lagoon, but it was very easy to access the beaches and shopping areas. Jesus at reception was very helpful and friendly - he gave us a map of the area and showed us how easy it was to make our way around on foot or by b.
all reviews » Suites Sina (as the locals call it) is in a really nice neighbourhood right by the golf course and the lagoon. It feels really safe even at night and has some local shops and restaurants right around the corner which feel a bit more like the real Mexico. Which Cancun isn'T. Suites Sina has everything you need including a pool and super helpful staff. My daughter and I stayed, went to the Isla Mujeres for a few nights and then came back to Suites Sina because it was perfect for what we wanted. Very good value to price! Would definitely recommend this hotel. Staff is very friendly and ready to help. Very nice internal area with a swimming pool, bar, restaurant and nice view to the Lagoon and the city. Location is a bit aside from the main Zona Hoteliera, in a very nice prestigious area of private villas. 5 min walk to the supermarket and a number of small restaurants as well as bus stop (buses run every 3-5 min until late at night). Sina Suites is a very nice small hotel, and for the price it's great. The staff is very kind and helpful, and it takes only about 10- 15 minutes to walk down to the area where all the restaurants and nightclubs are. Also it's only a 10 minutes walk from the beautiful beaches. I would definetly recommend Sina Suites to anyone who has a smaller budget, but who wants to live close to everything in the hotelarea in Cancun. Its a good place, you get a big room and the staff is more then friendly and ready to help in any time especially Hasus in the reception.. Not far from the clubs area.. There is a good pizza, sushi and super market near the place.. Relatively to cancun is cheap price !!. I liked a location of the hotel, it is very close to the beach, club zone, and bus stop. The area seems very safe. Rooms are spacious and very clean every day. The staf was helpfull and kind, the room was very clean and the swimingpool was great. The resteronet also nice and good. I liked everything, the staff was so friendly and helpful.the pool in front of my room a delight and I would come back. Furniture in the rooms is a bit old and shabby, but rooms are very clean, comfortable and airconditioned. Location is a bit far from the beach, but easy reachable by bus (10 min.). There is no safe locker in the room. Breakfast is included, but its a very small breakfast with only coffee, juice and some slice of bread, butter and marmelade. The hotel a bit far from the main road, you need to week about 10-15 minits at the sunny morning and at the night also. In our room there was no mosquito net, and there is a lof of mosquitoes in the area of the hotel. The nights were often a battle with insects buzzing close to ear. Not along the beach, so only the inside lake. no breakfast included not close to the beach (20 minutes walking). bed a little hard and no view from the room, but that being said it was very economical. The restaurant closes really early ... It's good for breakfast but it can be a struggle to get service after that it seems! There was only one waiter. You have to walk a while until you get to the closest bus station. Although the hotel was empty, they gave us a room too far from the reception and the pool. No electricity water dripping on the beds during our sleep. No food. And no offer for refund or partial refund. harder to find, even bus drivers dont know and missed stops. the beds were very hard the staff did not speak english at all.
