This place is outstanding, we only wish we could have afforded to stay here longer!! From the moment you walk in the door, every staff member is super friendly. The rooms are immaculate - both in cleanliness and design. The bed, whilst slightly firm, was extremely comfortable. Food, from the breakfast buffet to the choice of a number of restaurants, was absolutely top quality - the best we've had in any hotel in the world.

Very good food , very good staff, very clean hotel, very beautifool view of the ocean. Everything! The food, the pools, the bars, the pool bar! I had the best time!. Great facilities - the pools were lovely and the food very tasty. Fantastic hotel, very clean, relaxed. Variety of pools and beach. I liked the bartenders. Only three slightly annoying things happened: 1. The reception desk ran out of pesos, so they couldn't even exchange a US$20 note; 2. The bars in the hotel which we preferred weren't open as late as we expected. 3. The Wi-Fi is not free (about $10 a day) and the signal didn't work in the room, so we had to sit in the lobby to access it. The cost is pretty normal in good hotels though (which is absurd - hotels which are a third of the price are always free!). It was a lot of problem at checking out !!! They couldn t se that we ve paid (we did it at the first day when we arrived to the hotel) so I had to show them again the recip.... It took long time until they could se that the room was actualy paid for a long time ago.... Not a good feeling for us....... If you need wifi you will need to pay. But we didnt need wifi:). Staff at reception not welcoming. Air con duct by room exceptionally noisy. Beds were a little hard!. Counter staff was not always accommodating or knowledgeable. No free wi-fi, and even if you buy the right to use the internet, you will experience the slowest connection I have seen since the nineties, and you still won't be able to access it from your own room. In addition, I had to sit for a job interview via skype, and the hotel does not even have a quiet room or a proper business center with a decent internet connection. We are in 2013... Please!. The restaurants were slim to none. Could not get a seat at any of the daytime restaurants. Had to eat buffet style dinners because the only restaurant I could eat at was italian. The mini bar was a joke small fridge. Air conditioning was poor. I booked an ocean view room and received a lagoon view room. You could not exchange american dollars on my last day there because they did not have pesos until 11 am. Food & drink quality too bad..bad beds..old...

Minimum age requirement for hotel check-in is 18 years of age. All rooms require one person that is at least 18 when occupied by a 17 year old passenger. All students under the legal age of 18 require a notarized consent from parent/legal guardian providing authorization and taking responsibility for the guest. No passenger under the age of 17 years of age is allowed to occupy any room without a parent or legal guardian accompanying them. Any student group traveling with guests under the age of 18 will require chaperon(s). One chaperon is required per 1-19 students/youths under the age of 18.
