Extraordinarily helpful and friendly staff; gorgeous, isolated beach surroundings; very clean and spacious rooms with terraces; free wifi in public areas

Difficult to get taxis, restaurant could be improved, no wifi in the rooms.

Too far from Tuaran if you don't have your own vehicle. All transport should beed arranged in advance. Restaurant could be improved - more options. Beach is not for swimming or snorkeling.

-nice room, had a spa

-had a 40min blackout during stay, surprised that resort doesnt have generator -insufficient hot water for spa and shower -no water supply during second day, really disappointing

rooms are spacious and has a jacuzzi that fits 4 persons. kids loved it

facilities are poorly maintained and old. Swimming pool water was murky and no pool tower or any service provided . hassle once it rains as villa is far from main building

many mosquitoes and flies. staffs are not so efficient.
