The country type of cottage. Really nice and comfortable. enviroment very good. The ambience. Surrounding. Location was good as it was away from the crowd. Lovely garden and has a lovely English, rustic kind of atmosphere. The scorns for tea were quite good. I like the english cottage which doesnt need to go overseas to enjoy it. what a wonderful environment. so suit for couple to come.
all reviews » The room is nice. The design of the chalet is nice and beautiful with old english style theme. The location is good and nearby to the tanah rata town area. The place looks pretty, that's about all you could say. Shuttle to Tanah Rata was appreciated. Family suite is really comfort with great landscape and flowers. Awesome views. really beautiful cottage-like hotel a 10 min walk from the city center. Environment in the hotel is good. The old style building is very nice. Best place for honeymoon...quite,peaceful,romantic... The style is nice. Cosy setting. Food. Dog infront of my room. The entrance road are too stif, gradience. Limited parking space. room not provided wifi. Parking space very limited. Lack of parking space. Carpark was horrible and late arrivals had a herd time. Lighting in rooms rather weak. Bathrooms had no place for you to place your soap and other stuff. While bathing one had to do a balancing act. Hooks to hang clothes non existing. The heater doesnt get warm easily and took a while to adjust it. Pillows no pillow case. When night too cold, no heater. No shower cap. -mosquitoes interrupted my sleeping time. I wonder how come this place have mosquitoes. -water heater not functional properly. Limited parking space. no extension phone no umbrella cafe food quality is poor no table light. The road leading up to the chalet is poor and not well maintained. The no. of parking space is limited. The odor of the room is unpleasant, with wooden and mouldy smell. The worst part is the shower heater is not well functioning, the water temperature is not consistent and we always experienced a sudden hot or sudden cold temperature during shower! There's also a minor water leak from the bathroom wall. Hope they can further improve the facilities. Staff look depressed and miserable which translates into unwelcoming service in the customer's mind. Mould on the walls of the room. Mould on the net curtains. Blood on the spare pillow. Water temperature in bathroom hard to regulate. No wifi in rooms. Terrible parking space. And if you have problem to walk up to the hill, check first your room location. Trust me!. rooms were really cold and wet, no heating, lots of ants. The bedroom and the bed cover got a bad smell. not much parking lot, the room to high.. Need to climb up. If old people how are they go up?... Room was not clean, found bugs while sleeping, room was dark, not enough light, stuff was not smile and very cold. Parking BIG problem. No phone to communicate with reception. Bed bugs. Wifi reception v poor n too many on off hours to adhere to.... rooms bit too dim for reading etc..poorly maintained n leaking from roof. Atmosphere Location Poor facilities Cost.
