I have been staying in shared dorm hostels for months so this was my private break away from the crowds. The price was right for a private room in a fairly nice hotel with a swimming pool. I used the pool daily which was clean and a perfect temperature. The room was VERY spacious, the air con worked great and the bed was comfortable. I highly recommend this place for a little R&R and would stay there again.
all reviews » Locality is superb and eateries are just across the street. About 20 minutes drive to new Marina Island Jetty. Supermarkets are about 5 minutes away. 1) a clean and comfort room 2) Reasonable price 3) so easy to booking just make a few step through internet on line system. very nice environment, many places to eat around hotel area and near to shopping centre. The location. Spacious! We booked a unit for 4 pax. The unit has two connecting rooms, which gave us much needed privacy. Bed and pillows were comfortable enough. Good location too. We were really pleased with our stay and found it great value for money. Room is very spacious, can occupied more than 6-8 adults. The location of hotel is truly ideal for family weekend trip to Sitiawan. The location is good cause easy to find foods around the hotel. Swimming for convenience with family. The shower water didn't get very hot and I couldn't get a wifi signal in my room so I had to sit in the lobby with my computer and judging by the number of people doing the same thing, I assume this is the case from many of the other rooms. No mineral water provided and no mini fridge. No security guard at car park. My requested room was changed because they did not have it at time of check in. No special upgrade or further discounts. 1) I'm very surprise and upset when the children pool are used by adults for yam seng. No breakfast. must be upgrade cleaning of swimming pool. No breakfast. Carpet looks old and needs to be replaced or atleast cleaned/washed. There was a lot of prominent stains on it. Bathtub could use some extra scrub. Or can totally remove it since people just use the stand shower while in the tub. Bidet has no hook, it was laying on the floor all the time and can be dirty. The mattress is very old and kind of smelt. The swimming pool facilities is extremely dirty and definitely need a more frequent maintenance and cleanup. The hotel only switch on one the light at the corridor even though is midnight and in front of my room is so dark, it is very dangerous if the lights is not on. The facilities were lacking a little - even items that were provided in the room were not functioning. The water pressure was very slow... so bad.. comfortability and cleanliness, wifi reception is poor. The lightings not bright enough & need to be checked frequently or b4 the customers checkin.Why the is service charge when the rooms were not cleaned. The floor carpets need to be vacumed frequently.(Odour) All this is for the good improvement of the hotel business. Cannot give us on time check in. Waiting more than 4 hours n the reception know as we r online booking they let the walk in be serve first.
