The people ad the reception where brilliant with booking your tours and busses. Rooms are clean with asian style furniture. Double rooms on one side of the building have windows that face a concrete wall, there is space (2/3 meter) between the window and the concrete and you get some sunlight, but the air con of the hotel is in that between space so you hear a buzz...   location is very good,very handy to shops and restaurants.The front and back of the hotel have no traffic access, so nice and quiet, malls and plazas all round. Right on the waterfront,nice views.   The hospitality given is excellent. The management really takes care of the guests staying there and it is like a family staying under one roof. In fact, this is our first time staying in a hotel like this. We got a chance to cook seafood according to our taste as the hotel is just opposite the market. Very pleasant stay and a memorable one.
