  Oh,where I should start! We booked this hotel due positive review on booking,and we didn't regret! It was the greatest decision,since it made our stay in kl even more unforgettable! We got the room on 22nd floor,looking toward to Twin Towers! You can imagine how spectacular was it during the evening with all the light on, we could watch it without... what people say » stopping! The location is great,since you are close to everything,the mtr is just 10 min. Away, the hotel offer free shuttle mini bus (with about 8 p - We liked that they made up a sofa bed for our 4 year old. The pool bar was great and our daughter enjoyed her jet lag while jigging with hipsters of KL late into the night. The view of the towers from the bar is great. If shopping is your thing then it's right beside a huge mall. And 2 minutes walk to the aquarium but to be honest it was a bit depressing. We were only there for two nights with one full day so I can't really say if it's a great location. You can't get more central though. The

  The staff were very friendly and courteous I emailed to organise car transfers to and from the airport and then car transfer to business meetings duing the week. They were very quick to respond and all transfers went smoothly. - The room is spacious and comfortable. Clean and tidy. It's worth it staying here. The staffs are helpful, always smile ... what people say » and greet you. The food was great and have lots of choices.

  The hotel was excellent and they followed through with the free upgrade to a delux room as promised through my booking. I had an early check out and they pre-packed a breakfast pack for me to take to the airport.
