Very convenient location next to Sentral station makes it so easy to connect to the airports. Great facilities - pools, spa, good restaurants and food choices. I stayed on the executive floor which is always a pleasure. Meridian is attached to the Hilton and you can walk through to use their coffee and food outlets and bars etc.

We liked that they made up a sofa bed for our 4 year old. The pool bar was great and our daughter enjoyed her jet lag while jigging with hipsters of KL late into the night. The view of the towers from the bar is great. If shopping is your thing then it's right beside a huge mall. And 2 minutes walk to the aquarium but to be honest it was a bit depressing.
We were only there for two nights with one full day so I can't really say if it's a great location. You can't get more central though.

I love this hotel, for an overnighter between flights it is a much better alternative than the airport hotels as right at central station and much better value, and nicer than Sama Sama at airport. Fabulous comfortable rooms, great bathrooms, upgrades if available and good room service meals. Have stayed a few times now and will always be my go to for short stays in KL, not located centally to Petronis Towers etc but public transport at your doorstep and is right on the extensive KL park netw

Excellent location. 2 minutes walk to the elevated walkway which connects Pavilion Mall to Petronas towers and KLCC. The back exit from hotel connects to Bukit Bintang. Side exit connects into Karyaneka. Breakfast is excellent. We got upgraded to 10th floor royale club room which had great views of Petronas towers. Since our rooms were not ready on time we were offered free a la carte dinner while the very courteous and helpful staff, in particular Sven! did their best to find another suitable room for us. They found another room within 45 minutes. So all was well for us. However, on top of that, we were offered a night in the Presidential Suite! How amazing is that!
