Everything is so well-organized and stylish. Amazing staff assures avery pleasant stay in modern, clean and comfortable rooms. The transportto main terminal by buggy takes 2 minutes and from there to lcc-t bypublic bus (1,5 MR/person) is ca. 15 minutes. We liked that they made up a sofa bed for our 4 year old. The pool bar was great and our daughter enjoyed her jet lag while jigging with hipsters of KL late into the night. The view of the towers from the bar is great. If shopping is your thing then it's right beside a huge mall. And 2 minutes walk to the aquarium but to be honest it was a bit depressing.
We were only there for two nights with one full day so I can't really say if it's a great location. You can't get more central though.

The hotel staff were amazing! Helpful, thoughtful, polite and all with a smile. The rooms were lovely - tastefully decorated. The hotel was enormous! And the buildings themselves were beautiful, particularly with the gardens and water features interspaced between and around them.

We stayed for 7 nights on a business trip.The staff are amazing, and friendly!!!! We found the value for money was brilliant! The hotel organised a tour guide called Sam that was outstanding! He was knowledgeable and took care that we saw and understood Kuala Lumpur.

Staff was friendly and helpful, although not very
knowledgeable/familiar with the vicinity. Hotel is new and has good
mix of dining options. Room took a while to be ready but we are happy
with the room. After an extra bed and baby cot, we didnt feel it was
cramped at all.
Only thing is the hotel website seems to be down. Keeps pointing to a map with no links when directed from the parent group's website.

Room cleanliness, staff friendliness, the food.
One day when staff found out we wanted to go Putrajaya but the van was in workshop he arranged for us to go in a cab still. Thank you muazam! Then the concierge kamal was very kind during the drive around Putrajaya.

The standard room was spacious and cozy. Suits well for me, my husband and 3 small kids. The staff was helpful and we only had to pay for one child for the buffet breakfast (the room came with complimentary breakfast for 2 adults only). Would definitely stay here again.

Self service at the kitchen, what's great! Don't need to wait, just make your toasts with butter and jam, and tea with powder milk, or coffee at any time during breakfast time. Very convenient.
Very comfortable shared space what makes it easy to get to know other travelers or just chilling out with your feet up on one of the couches.
Big screen Mac for everybody to use.
