Self laundery in each floor cost 18RM only for 6kilo cloths. Gym is ok and 2 room with Xbox 360 and wiil Location is just right for shopping areas and restaurants. Staff were very friendly and helpfull I am an airline crew and spend more then half of my life in hotels Fracer place really impressed me. I think cause it was so practical for us with our child that every thing we needed was available For sure will recommend

  The location. It is great because just across is The Pavillion, our favourite shopping jaunt.The staff. They were very helpful and friendly.   Everything is so well-organized and stylish. Amazing staff assures avery pleasant stay in modern, clean and comfortable rooms. The transportto main terminal by buggy takes 2 minutes and from there to lcc-t bypublic bus (1,5 MR/person) is ca. 15 minutes.   A perfect hotel for family stay. We were upgraded with a two bed room premier on 16 th floor, though we were on the other side of towers but still the garden view was beautiful. I loved the concept of having city view while in bath tub, it was so fascinating at night time that I missed it badly while staying in other hotels. The location is also very good in the embassy quarter and near to Ampang Park metro station. KLCC is also walking distance so was perfect for the convention centre.
