  Pretty decent though I didnt experience much interaction with the hotelstaff. I got all that I was promised. - The people were very nice; great breakfast, good access to transportation.

And the buildings themselves were beautiful, particularly with the gardens and water features interspaced between and around them.

  I stayed in Irsia Bed and Breakfast with 2 of my friends who are first time going abroad. The location is really near to Monorail Imbi. The staff is helpful and kind, they also welcome us even we're late to check in (23.30). I've visited KL more than 5th times, and so far, Irsia BnB is the best one. Regards. - Place is very close to drop off point of bus from Singapore. Staff is very considerate and accommodate us even beyond the check in time. We arrived at 4 AM and stay until 7 AM of the following day and still charged for a price of one day. Very convenient, free breakfast, reasonable rate, near Berjaya Times Square and Monorail. They even sell HOHO ticket. Highly recommended for guest coming from Singapore by bus.

  Second time I've spend some days in this wonderfull hotel. Next tima if I go to Kuala Lumpur I definittely will use this friendly hotel with excellent cousin :) - value for money for 5 stars hotel. I got cheaper price trough letsbookhotel.com. The pool and facilities are suitable for family. The foods are excellent.

  Nice place to stay while in Kuala Lumpur since it is accessible to everything we need while on vacation. What I commend most in Hotel Genesis is the honesty of the staff. However, staff quickly came to the rescue and arranged for a luxurious priva - This hotel is approx. 20-30 mins. drive from the airport in a quiet rural community. It is the perfect place to stay if you need a quiet place to recharge your batteries between flights. A better option than going all the way to Kuala Lumpur. Hotel staff are very accommodating.

Out of all above, I did a mistake when doing my reservation in this hotel through letsbookhotel.com. I have booked Putarjaya and KL shangri-la both on the same dates. So I called letsbo - Since our rooms were not ready on time we were offered free a la carte dinner while the very courteous and helpful staff, in particular Sven! did their best to find another suitable room for us. They found another room within 45 minutes. So all was well for us. However, on top of that, we were offered a night in the Presidential Suite! How amazing is that!
