  It was a beautiful resort, with wooden furniture everywhere. There wasnt any TV in the room but it more than made up with the spacious room, clean wooden furniture and bright bathroom. We took a one-hour island cruise on the lake. If you have time, I'd suggest you take the half day trekking trip, which promises more things to see. It's the only re... what people say » sort in that part of the rainforest. We took a night drive into Belum and it was really beautiful - lotsa stars. The day drive out was ho-hum cos not - The room was excellent, the housemaids were extremely helpful, but the reception staff leave a lot to be desired, they were unfriendly to the point of rudeness. A faulty refrigerator was fixed immediately. Parking was good.

  The resort was located in a centralized area to local activities, food and also the beach. The room was clean and amenities was in good condition. Breakfast served was well spread with assorted dishes. - i like this hotel which its close to beach

  All the staffs I met from the time I checked in to checked out, all of them extended attentive, friendly , speedy and provided the services to us as a client needed. I am particularly impressed with the security service. I did not noticed his name tag as I was very busy carrying my mum from the wheel chair into the taxi. He is a Chinese gentlemen ... what people say » on duty on 10th March around 8.30pm. The taxi driver refused to send me and my mum to the destination because of her wheel chair could not fit into th - Everything here! The room is clean and nice, the bedsheets and blankets etc are all clean and the breakfast is awesome! Parking within hotel compound is provided too. I would say we enjoyed the time we had there and wished we could stay a little longer. Really value for money.

  the team are very nice and helpful, good cooperation with all staff, it's very nice place to relax and enjoy an amazing vacation specially honeymooners and families , the design was fabulous . - Breakfast was excellent.   the place very nice and calm and relax. The view and the beach activitise. also the garden very nice - Good service by reception staff. We had booked 4 hotel rooms but due to some reason was given 2 villas (interconnected). Also we were given comlimentary 2 lunches + 2 dinners for 8 adults!
