  The room was extra large and comfortable with beautiful views. It was clean and the breakfast was excellent. There is an excellent carpark below the hotel with full 24 hour security, which is also in the hotel itself. The Security man Steven gave us the warmest welcome we have ever had.   Great location close to the Red Garden food market - very tasty, cheap meals from 6pm onwards. Walking distance to anything you'd want to visit it Georgetown and you can get buses around the corner opposite the 7/11 shop that will take you to any other desirable destinations on Penang Island. Nice small, clean double room with air conditioning and... what people say » shared toilet/shower. Friendly staff and laundry services for 5RM per kilo - clothes came back smelling amazing! There are many guesthouses in the M - You will find a very helpful and kind owner who will provide you all the info you need to visit the island. The place is very clean, brand new and in the centre of the cultural district. Basic breakfast but you can eat as many toast as you like. Plugs and lockers for everybody in the dorms. All good, definitely recommended

  This is a good hotel with excellent staff who are friendly and helpful. The rooms are big and airy and the beds are great. I am a vegetarian and the staff catered for that by preparing noodles or rice for me in the morning. The staff at this hotel are its biggest asset.   When checking in there was a bit of a confusion ("You did not directly book with us?"), but it finally was sorted out. I guess, it was the person handling my "check in", that was not too familiar with the situation. - Near Komtar Station and easy to find after we arriving in Penang
