the staff was very kind and very service oriented. they should be commended for the excellent working attitude. rooms were clean and spacious enough. unlike some budget hotels everything was working fine and you get more little niceties compared with others. All amenities are just minutes away. We will definitely come back.

Location was near eateries and shopping mall.
Room was a little too cozy but it is a budget hotel. The toilet flush was stuck so water was wasting.
Hard to find taxi. Some of tv reception is poor. The soap, shampoo and conditioner in the bathroom is not meant for two.
Tricky to get to lrt station (20 min walk) Rubbish in area/ street
around the hotel.

2. feeling not secure for my car especially at night .
3. i am staying at a family room with 3 persons, but the
mineral water provide is the same as double bed room ( only 2 for 2 persons)
4 Hair dry was fixed at the place where there is no mirror
infront of it .and it cannot be moved to the place where there is mirror.
Towel was not changed. Was folded but still damp.
