Very peaceful setting. The room was spacious, comfortable, tastefully furnished,had a separate sitting area,was pleasantly lit and had a large balcony. The bathroom was open air and unusual. The bed was large and comfortable. Great breakfast,served in a most friendly manner-a very relaxed start to the day.Small but nice pool,lovely grounds(with friendly cats).Molek is served by two restaurants,Italian(didn't try it but it seemed popular)and one that served Western food and some tasty local dish.

Molek's room designed modern with living room, kitchen with refrigerator, bedroom, changing room with safety box and bath room separately. Friendly staffs with smiling face at all time and especially Ms. Shyda who provides all the info you need. No much choice of breakfast but quality standard and delicious. A lot choice of food just outside the Villa, such as Italy, Mexico, Arab, Chinese and American so on. 5 minutes walk to the Cenang. We liked just all! Very nice rooms with a kitchen, living room and nice bedroom. We had a villa just in from of the swimming pool and it was fantastic. The wifi is available only in reception area. The breakfasts are very nice: from the menu you can chose classic eggs of different style or some local food, plus fresh fruit and fresh made coffee. All hotel is surrounded with tropical green garden and it was just great. The owner and the stuff were very friendly and helpful. The location is just . Villa Molek was a little gem! Clean rooms well air conditioned,very spacious and well equipped with pantry and even top branded toiletries . Breakfast was well laid out by a good team and the restaurant was simply superb. I highly recommend this hotel and caution -it's a few minutes walk to the sea - but great location to explore the rest of the Island. I also recommend the taxi driver - Osman ask the hotel they will call him for you. We really enjoyed our stay, the staff were lovely, especially reception who looked after us, booked us an amazing kayaking tour and gave us recommendations for our trip to Penang, George Town. You have a great choice at breakfast and we were given a free foot massage at the onsite spa, which was amazing after our long boat ride over. It has an onsite restaurant and the rooms are spacious and comfortable. Would highly recommend. We stayed four nights at Villa Molek, and we certainly enjoyed our stay. If we go back to Langkawi, we will stay there again. So close to the beach, and near my favorite restaurants, and shopping areas. Our room was very comfortable, neat, and clean. It almost felt like home! Staff are very friendly, and nice. Breakfast had a wide variety of food, definiatly experience their homemade Roti-Prata. The room was very spacious with a good interior and a big freezer. The staff including the manager is very helpful; they asked us several times if we need anything more or if they can provide us with something. All the rooms have a little balcony with a small pond and nice plants. The whole garden is well maintained. Though the facilities were just nice , villa molek stands out through its service and excellent staff..The staffs were very friendly and went out of the way to arrange trips , book cabs and even pack breakfast the previous day as we were leaving on an early morning flight..Way to go villa molek!. Personal service ...fantastic accommodation with all the little touches...breakfast awesome ..all requests catered for including my scrambled eggs nicerly underdone with smoked salmon and 2 rotis .Loved the Italian at the front of the comlex. I highly recommend this hotel. The Malaysia style room gives us a feeling of being at home, and the environment is just perfect. My friend and I enjoy the holiday times there very much. The food prepare by the hotel is wonderful too. Staff were extremely helpful with any request. Close to the beach, restaurants and duty free shopping all within 15 min. walk. Rooms quite large and comfortable, cleaned and made up each day. Wifi very good. The hotel fits honeymooners since it's very calm and not crowded. The staff is very friendly and willing to help you regarding any inquiry you have. The Massage spa there is good as well. It feels homey..really great and healthy choice of breakfast spread..The staff are warm and friendly.Certainly Worth a second stay, should we visit langkawi again..two thumbs up. Check in was efficient, staff very helpful. As it was Hari Raya a basket of biscuits was placed in our villa which was a lovely touch. Breakfast very good. Our visit was for 3 days and it was Quite, Relaxing and Friendly. We remained to the west side of Langkawi and there was plenty to do and visit. Lovely and peaceful villa with well designed garden. The tv is rather old and need upgrade to new model. The price was a bit high compare to 4 star even some 5 star hotels at Cenang Tengah. Frog serenades in the late evening, but this is more of nature not the hotel. nothing; just don't forget to bring insect repellent with you. Bathroom could be a bit more private..Took some time to get used to as bathroom were walled with wooden railings.. All good ,maybe docking stations in the rooms. there is no combs. Would not recommend the Italian restaurant as the food was pretty poor. The Breakfast wasn't very rich. No dislikes about villa Molek but not very keen on surrounding area. Pool was very small. No comments just now as we have not visited the whole island. breakfast is average. Can be a little bit more interesting. There's no 24 hours front desk and there's no phone in the room. The wifi was very slow. little bit expensive, the bathroom is not private enough. The garden was not particularly impressive, and could be adjusted to the interior atmosphere. The toilet and shower rooms were al fresco which allowed gekkos to access the living area, and they were very noisy. lacks certain facilities such as laundry service or money exchange. Breakfast is good but only different variations of eggs. Too many jet skis on the beach nearby. Might be quite dangerous if you want to swim as there is no division between swim and water sport areas. Very few decent restaurants in the area where you can have romantic dinner. there is no room service and and the reception is closing at 10pm. Pool Area- Too shady, very little direct sun. (Take your pick, which is best for you). Booking price too expensive. nothing....... :). Breakfast is not clean and a few. smell in villa not good, Safety box inside the room is very small (easy to carry), I think there is risk if you keep your valuables inside this box.
