The mosque near to Villa is my main consent, so I try to contact them after I booked my room. Ask them to reserve my room far from mosque, their staff do it well to help me arrange my room far from mosque and kitchen.
This is my family trip I hope it can relax and rest well during night.

We stayed in Junior Suite. Room #117. Room was very spacious. Clean. Modern. Able to check in earlier at 12.30 noon with no surcharge. The bed is pretty comfortable. Tiled-floor. Food was descent even though the choices were limited. Note : Swimming looks clean on the 2nd day of our stay. which is on Tuesday. I believe they clean it up on every Tuesday morning.
this is very nice place to stay whether with family or bunch of friends.. room is so nice and clean, spacious and really comfortable with a big nice swimming pool.. i highly recommend this to everyone.. and i will choose this villa on my next trip too.. thx to the bunch of friendly staff @ The Villa Langkawi.. =)).
Staff are very nice and helpful. Cool Designs, it's a new hotel so everything is brand new and contemporary. The pool and poolside in the middle of the villa, is a real chillout. The bed is very comfy, though the hotel is 3 star, sleeping on the bed is 5 star. For the price they offer a great place to stay.
I stayed two night I found it great value for the money, Fair breakfast, friendly environment. 10 to 15 minutes walking from Pantai Cenang beach, restaurant, many shopping store and money exchange.
I would really recommend to any who want to visit langkawi staff were friendly,clean hotel,close to beach area,restaurants,shopping.We like a hotel design which is an add to guest.

I like the hotel facilities. The cleanliness of the hotel. Maybe it is

The staff there are friendly, easy to tolerate with all customer's request. We get to upgraded to executive suite without adds on any money due to our family suite has been released out. Thanks again for upgrading us to a bigger room. A gang of good buddies really have fun during that vacation.
Good staff, nice interior, good location. Breakfast was good and they keep topping up the eatables unlike most of other hotels.
It is 10 minutes from the beach.

-value for money was somehow OK (since we didn't have to spend much time in hotel), but I wouldn't stay there again.
The rooms are the same as can you can see on the pictures but they are
not really equiped.

Swimming pool, family rooms are big, its new.
Lost of mosquito, so must make sure your door close faster once you open.
TV has not been place at a strategic place. Those at the end of the room can't watch it while lying on the bed. House keeping not so efficient. Door Lock using normal keys and sometimes stuck. Door can't be close easily.
You can hear what is going on outside on the poolside and the hallways. No windows in the rooms, at least not in my room. The location is about 15-20 minutes walk from the beach and the main street, but hey if want it all you can take a luxury hotel on the beach.
Nothing as long as you know what you are expecting.
They have no mini bar in the rooms and no repellent for mosquito.

Breakfast spread could be better. Water from the swimming pool was coming outside and messing up the walkway.

Their swimming pool is not really customize compare with other swimming pool due to the side of the swimming pool there is always a water flooding there specially raining time.
I don't like the location. Is not really near to Cenang beach. A
driving distance. The most annoying part is every early morning need to
awake n bare with the praying sound from mosque nearby...OMG...I Have
awake for 2nights stayed there.
Poor room cooling, swimming pool location which was quite disturbing, corridors remain noisy all the day which makes you feel quite uncomfortable, facility is not worth the money they are charging.
it is very close to the mosque so there are the muezzin that pray 4-5 time per day.
only few room have the window so the other are darker.
Family rooms too small in size; ventilation of rooms not adequate; service of maintenance staff not prompt and more choices and variety should be introduced in the food menu.

I think it should be more visible from the road. The trees block the view of the hotel until you get really close.

Location bit far from Pentai Cenang (beach), difficult to get a taxi. Break fast had very limited options.
Very bad location on a very dangerous road without walkway, very noisy with mosque just next door, prayer on microphone.

The bathroom is not 100% clean up when checking in. No bar soap provide
for hand washing.The soap dispenser in the bathroom also spoilt. It has
fling insects inside room.

- There were only 7 (or so) TV channels, most of them were domestic and in Malaysian language!.
Just 1 towel per person, dark bathroom and very strong smell in it. No
soap, shampoo while in 3 stars it's obligatory. No hangers for
clothes. Food for breakfast finished at 9.30 was nothing to eat. Nobody
even cleaned the tables after customers. We stayed 1 day and checked-out
immediately the next day.

Loud mosque right next door! Starts 5.45 am for 45 minutes end s 9.30pm
after another 45 minutes and 3 short ones druing day. Suits muslim
clients. This motel hasn't got it all right yet with appliances
fittings missing etc.
- Location: it was just located next door to a mosque, it was suppose to be a relax place, but ends up we had to wake up very early morning due to the pray.
- Breakfast: not only just limited choices , but also most of them are spicy.
- Clealiness: the towel still stink and gor dark spot, the room was not clean properly
- They only provide 2 towels n a shower cap, that's it.
- mosquitoes are flying around.
