The most important thing I have noticed aside from the beautiful nature, is the friendly staff. From the moment we reach the airport and a young smiley man called Azmil as far as I remember who gave us a gray information about what to Do, and once we reached the resort we have been met by another very smiley and friendly Angung who took us to make the check in from the jetty to the reception , and found a great room facing the sea and a room with well prepared cake for our anniversary . We booked a seaview room which is absolutely brilliant. Room is very big and well-decorated, with a balcony open to the sea beach. All the stuff is nice. Hotel is located in an isolated island from main Langkawi, thus provided a peaceful environment. Great place to relax. Very relaxing, we went here towards the end of our trip for the sole purpose of relaxation and that's what we got. The island is beautiful with amazing views from all ends of the island. Nice, quiet and peaceful. Friendly staff. Wow service was the best I have ever had from the moment you arrive at the port. You ask for something to be brought to your room and seconds later its there. Our honeymoon and they treated us like royalty. Will go there again. Generally very, very happy with our stay. Amazing location - amazingly helpful staff. Happy hour is a must - cocktails in a hammock on the beach as the sun sets. Ask for MURU (staff member) to make you his speciality drink. It is a great place if you want to have a relaxed time away from the busy life. They need to add mini supermarket in the hotel. mosquitos in the island but they put spray but no use. speed of wifi should be more fast and stable. No medical center while you are located in remote island.. poor internet connection and some insects inside the room which annoying us.. I did not like staff of the reception as there were bad receptionists in the way they deal with the costumers and have tuff attitude. I also did not like the room services as I find the room every time I come back poorly cleaned. mosquitos in toilet was annoying and not convenient for 5 starts hotel, some flies were also around some food corners. the isolation from langkawi main island as you can only travel by boat and the last boat is at 1900 !. the beach was muddy. Bed sheets wasnt clean at all Far away from city need to stick with the ferry boat schedule which end up at 7 45 pm only!!!! No activities at night in the hotel which will make u a lil bit bored Very expensive in meals for lunch and dinner. Far away from the town, it is not easy access to facilities. Internet service is very poor, even not working at all.
