Ample parking space to park the rented car. The swimming pool is at the centre point where it provides easy access to everyone especially the kids. th staff were great. good view in the upper floor right side of hotel to pool and sea. other room can be looked in from the opposite side, dinner: good with friedly staff, prices up to oktober are low, it gets more expensive in the high season, start on 1.November, pool is clean and freshing, room alway clean and comforbable. all reviews »
Friendly staff is always a main factor for us, we will remember your lovely staff. Our kids loved the pool.It was quiet, very close to the beach, and the staff were very helpful. it is near to the beach. Reasonable price. fairly clean. I like your country-like swimming pool. Friendly staff. Good location. Jet Ski, Para Sailing, Boat hire, good beach is just across the road. Good restaurants a short walk away. Large spacious rooms. Family rooms for four persons are available at good price. Good value for money. Good breakfast. the hotel's staffs were very good and take care of my needs. Thanks to them.pool is clean and freshing water - rooms in the upper level with a good view. . The staff were friendly and did everything in their power to be helpful. Room was great, actually i believe we got an appartment. Staff was friendly and helpful, and they even gave us new room without asking. View was nice from the room to the pool and waterfall in it, and room was spacious. It's past its best and a bit sad as a result.so far, none. It is a good hotel for vacation but not for organizing meeting. Maintenace of building and amenities is rather poor. The stairs are poorly lit. There are no lifts.dinner: better in restaurants in the street nearby or at the beach....ca 200 meter between Reception and the 3 Blocks of the hotel, walking can be very hot during the daytime. On public holiday pool is loud and crowdy, then no sunchais avaliabel. The "fabric" of the hotel has been neglected - needs some work. The breakfast is not poor, but there is actually nothing for breakfast.... Anyway a few minutes away there was a Breakfast bar where for 10 MYR you get something good. First room they gave us was this awful stink of some soup and there were lots of mosquitos. We changed to new room and that was ok. Although shower was dangerous, water was super hot even when turned on cold and I almoust burned myself cause the shower didnt keep in plce and water was sprayin all around. Safetybox didn`t work in any room and there were no phones in rooms.The hotel needs renovation. the room seems has ages.far from lobby. Our rooms are too far from the hall,from the beach.we have to walk for nearly 10 mins if we wanna go to the sea. The breakfast is too simple for us.the kettle. Bad breakfast from an Europpean point of view. Room so far from reception and no phone in the room. Can't get through internet in room. No phone in room.No lift at the hotel, food is not hot and just ok, Cleanliness should be improved outside the hotel, rooms are quite far from the reception. The room was quite smelly and the carpet extremely dirty. although friendly, the staff is of no help at all. They don't take any initiative, even for a serious problem, and if one does not tell them what to do and how they should do it, there is no way to get things fixed. But they are nice. the carpet was dirty. the tap next to the toilet bowl was not functioning-I've ask the reception staff to repair the tap but the tap was not repaired. Poor drainage of the bathroom.The hotel rooms are very run down and require refurbishing, no lifts to the top floors, no telephone to reception or out, situated a distance away fro the reception, lights not working, balcony sliding door jammed, no shower curtain.Very disappointing due to poor maintenance. The facade to the resort was ok, the rooms behind left a lot to bedesired. It was clearly v good in it's time but that was probably 30years ago; in need of a majot refurb. Some rooms were deserted the"superior" room we booked was not availble due to "refurbishment" andafter some time we were given a basic room at a reduced price. There wasno other availbilty in the area for our stay (new yea. I booked a family room but was given two rooms instead. One of the room's air-cond speed and temperature was unajustable. Both the air-cond gave unhealthy air. All 4 of us was sneezing frequently during the stay. 2 of us end-up with running nose. The room's sound insulation is very poor. Our stay was disturbed by people walking and talking near our rooms. Everything else ,the room service ,the food ,the fact that therooms only has a view of the deserted hotel next to it or a partialpool view !. It was a disgrace dirty and smelly and l got bitten by what?. Everything else is bad the room service would come once in two or maybethree days ,the staff are all trainees and not proffiesional at all.
