When we arrived our room wasn't ready so the owner Basar put us in the home stay instead so we ended up with our own little house! Ended up staying there for the duration of our trip.
Hotel is close to all shops, restaurants and the beach. Basar is extremely helpful too, offering lifts, asking where you're going etc.

-food is too expensive at Cenang , for Muslim , you can get Halal and cheapest food at Padang Matsirat area and Pantai Kok area . it's worth if you rent a car/scooter .
Doesn't much feel like a hotel and the bathroom in the home stay was a bit grotty.
Also Basar is adding more rooms so there's a bit if construction going on that can be noisy at times.
No wi-Fi, запах сырой штукатурки, перед носом стройка-помойка, нет горячей воды, только для 1-2 ночевок, как у нас.
