Mahkota Hotel is always our choice whenever we make a trip to Malacca. It is a very family friendly hotel and we like it very much. However, the hotel should put more effort to upkeep the rooms and some of the staff are not so friendly but if your are lucky enough, you will be entertained by those staff who are so friendly and customer oriented.

Rooms are clean as housekeeping did a fantastic job except have to wait for 11/2 days to get an iron & board. Waterpark fantastic and the childrens love it..will come back again. -
