I like the way the front office upgraded my room to a suite as there were overbooking of rooms. My daughters and I love the decor and coziness of the room-its like a typical bedroom in a Singapore public housing with all its amenities. There were tidbits & cakes provided for us.
The shower had a door on it which means that your entire bathroom doesn't get wet every time you take a shower. The room was simply but nicely decorated. It is obvious that alot of thought went into the decor and the comfort of the room. The staff were fabulous.all reviews »

Malacca roads - we had to drive around a few times to locate the hotel.
The room was very, very small. There was no lift but the staff helped us with our luggage. The view from the window was really ugly but for the price, that is usually the case.
The price is slightly high.
No wastepaper basket in toilet.
