New rooms and very clean and modern. Very comfortable bedding, good wifi as well. Excellent bathroom, and the staff were exceptionally helpful and even printed our flight itineraries for free. Location was a 10-15 min walk to Jonker Walker, which is pretty good. Prompt service as the power in the room went off at 3 am and immediately they came and sorted it out. As we were climbing Gunung Tahan next day we had to leave at 6 00 am, and they woke up early to prepare a simple breakfast for us.

The hot water was too hot and difficult to temper! But first world problem, if you don't like your water that hot. SONY TV in the room kept on switching between different modes. Staff although helpful could be more professional and polished. Registration took longer than expected and bathroom gives out a sewage smell at times. Walls are too thin. Breakfast area needs more tables. Surface car park with limited parking. There is no sound proof. Smelly in the toilet area. Breakfast buffet menu could be better. But otherwise, fair. Need to walk a distance to the shopping mall. Monotonous breakfast with limited variety of food. Take a bit too long to refill the breakfast. Hotel entrance and dining room appearance could be improved. Difficulty to access wifi on the third level, bathroom does not have enough hanger for our cloth. No clear directional signboard of hotel while approaching. We paid for our breakfast but sad the management are not keen to prepare the breakfast early for a muslim client on fasting month.so we paid for nothing.
