The facilities in the hotel quite complete. The wifi also available in the room. Helpful staff and with private parking place. Good location also, not too far to / from Jonker Walk. Its an awsome place to stay for city trip. The best is dont have to take the car travelling there and here. Its all walking distance... T. The location is very strategic. Only a walking distance to the tourist attraction. The staff are helpful and resourceful.

Not enough parking lot for customer when came back late. A lot traffic jam when going or back to the hotel. The food was not much of choice... Its a biasa kind of food.t. We we asked to rearrange the room as they have insufficient housekeeping staff. Limited tv channels. Only can watch 4 channels and the reception is poor. Breakfast maybe needs improvement. RM2 per btl. - Bad smell (socks /carpet smell) at the corridor of the hotel room. - Soundprofing in the room is not good. (Able to hear noisy vehicle sound from the street). TV reception, really bad, only one channel really watchable. Toilet had a bit of an odour about it. Could be doing with an air freshener in there. The room a bit smelly and toilet so small. The shower room hot water supply was not function during our stay. And the key-card door malfunction and they said they only can rectify it the next following weekday when the maintenance staff is working. Staff were not friendly. Car park was too dark. Water heater was faulty as it went off half way. Room was quite old. The hotel staff was very poor in giving directions to the hotel. She should learn up the names of the road around the city and direct me from where I called instead of asking me to look for some places which I'm not familiar at all. The breakfast quality has to be improved. Thank you. I made the booking payment via letsbookhotel.com but it did was not successful twice. But I made payment with the same debit card at the counter, payment was successful. The doors on my room didn't close properly, the carpet and furnishings were all stained and very dirty, there were tiny little ants crawling over the counter tops and the walls. I wouldn't stay here again. Shaky bed, a/c pipe leakage causes the bath room to be wet (management knows about it and yet no action taken), change room but still the same leakage. bad location,far away from jonker street, small room. smell in the rooms Breakfast not good. 1. Broken weight scale 2. Unconvinience bed 3. Less choices of food for breakfast. Smell of cigarette and dirty old plastic curtain were strong. The digital door lock was malfunction and they were unable to fix it due to short of technical staff during holiday season. Cockroaches can be found. Poor ventilation. Carpet full of dust.
