The room is clean. Bathroom is very up-to-date product and design. Staff are very friendly. The place is quite and we are able to have a good sleep. Overall it is a perfect stay. The room is clean and the staff are very friendly and also is very quite at night and we have a good night sleep.overall it is a perfect stay and I will bring my family her again. Room is spacious even with extra bed in the family room... toilet is super duper awesome! I would give it a 5star hotel standard.. spacious n awesome bathtub!... it would be great if hotel could provide shutter bus or van tru and fro to DP or MP and even bandar hilir.. its a 15mins walk from hotel but at night its not safe. Recommended only if you hv your own transport... The staff is very polite and get things done quickly. It is 10min walk to place of interest. We will given bigger room without extra charge. There is a lot of carpark space. It is accessible to the Melaka city centre where you only spend 10-15 mins walk. Good wifi network. Friendly and helpful staff. Reasonable deal for the price. the room is newly renovated, also the bathroom is nice and new. The room was big and the design of the room was nice. The sound proof rooms really works. The family room is very big. Only the pool.... It is quite a distance to town if ever we want to walk from the hotel. The road outside is very busy and narrow. It is dangerous if we were to walk especially at night. Sometime we were lost in coming back because there are very little sign to get to the hotel. Not enough sign board to get too the hotel. The swimming pool was not available. Small swimming pool n no shelter to cover up all the open space. The water heater very hot. Walking access alongside busy road. Poor location. Inaccessible to city centre. Only one toilet for 4 people apartment. Most of the food in the room service menu not available. Little variety for breakfast buffet.Breakfast could have been better with more choices. Double standard on pricing for transport provided by the hotel... rate and explanation given totally different from day and night staff on duty... they did not top up the breakfast tho its only 9.30am but during the 2nd day they make the effort to top up the food.. The water heater is not working. When we bath, the bathroom will flood. There is no sea, river or city view. But there is only wall view only. The breakfast is curry n fried food. Cleanliness of bathroom is dissatisfied. Awful breakfast with less various dishes. not very central position, the breakfast selection below expectation for a 4 star hotel. The tables and other part of the room was dusty. After the room attendant cleaned the next day, some places are still dusty I have to call the room attendant and get him to clean the dusty part. I also found a mosquito in the room. I asked the staff to spray during the day while we are out sightseeing, they did not. We booked for a room with King size bed they gave us double or queen. When we complained in front desk they can't seem to do anything about it or don't know what to do. The restaurant was small and the breakfast doesn't fit for a 4 star hotel it should be a 3 star. We were very surprise with the standard of stars given in the net against reality. Hope you improve. No kitchen in the room. Room are too small without any view.the coffe house is dirty and not much choice for breakfast and the staff is not in proper uniform. Stated in the room details bed provided is a king-size bed, however all rooms comes with a queen size bed. Room is very small and the bed was not comfortable and the bedsheets is not properly set up. I have to tucked in the top part several times by myself as the it slipped out easily. Breakfast is below expectation with limited selection and quantity.
