  The staff without exception were friendly and helpful and made our stay easy. The rooms were comfortable, clean and soundproof. The swimming pool is a great place to de-stress after a long flight and we loved the food in gastro sentral restaurants. Special ups go to the staff here and Vincent in the bar and Mel on piano for their friendly conversa... what people say » tions. The closeness to klia express and ease of getting to the airport - Very convenient location next to Sentral station makes it so easy to connect to the airports. Great facilities - pools, spa, good restaurants and food choices. I stayed on the executive floor which is always a pleasure. Meridian is attached to the Hilton and you can walk through to use their coffee and food outlets and bars etc.

  A superior hotel. Staff are friendly,speak English and are a cheerful and respectful lot. The kl hilton is in the middle of kl. It has the main rail station at the door..convenient to go to a lot of places!! A very good price for the best hotel I have ever stayed at. Staff will do anything you ask ...and they get it done straight away...they know ... what people say » you are the guest. Food and drink are not cheap (but not too bad) at the hotel...a pint of beer = 50 MYR-Malay ringgit which is about $15 usd/aud each - I love this hotel, for an overnighter between flights it is a much better alternative than the airport hotels as right at central station and much better value, and nicer than Sama Sama at airport. Fabulous comfortable rooms, great bathrooms, upgrades if available and good room service meals. Have stayed a few times now and will always be my go to for short stays in KL, not located centally to Petronis Towers etc but public transport at your doorstep and is right on the extensive KL park netw

  The layout, decor and design of the hotel are very sleek, modern & contemporary. I loved it. The rooms are quite nice and the bed is comfy. My son was in internet haven as is said the speed of the internet was very good. Loved the infinity pool on the roof along with the roof bar. The location couldn’t be better. We loved it and ended up staying there on 2 sep - -The staff is unbelievably friendly. -The hotel facilities are brand new and everything that you see have a purpose to be there. -The breakfast has a lot of choices and the design is unusual. -On the roof have a awesome pool with a really nice day/night bar. -Everything is provided in the room, you dont need to bring you personal bathroom things. -The room that we stay had a huge double bed, a 32" flat tv, huge bathroom, etc... -Everything was perfect... -Cross the street and you are in KL Sent

  1. Location ! It's super close to LRT, KTM,monorail and bus stations. U can go EVERYWhere in KL from this place. Great location makes our trip less tiring and confusing in a new place.. I love this location!! We checked in this hotel for 8 days 2. Our room was 1406 non smoking room, which is on the 14 th floor and the 15 th floor is designed for... what people say » executive suit .....Our room is clean, quiet and spacious with all the facilities.. 2 bottled water , tea bags and coffee everyday placed on the mini - Check in was no problem, rooms were reasonably sized and the tv unit was simple but good. The rooms were also very quiet. Some rooms have windows, others don't, I personally don't think that should make or break your stay here. The location could not be better, just an 8 minute walk from the major transportation hub of the city, couldn't really get better than that! This hotel was also close to a bar and a liquor store, something you can't find a lot of in KL.

  A good hotel close to kl Sentral with communication to klia or to the city (I.E. klcc). You could easily walk to the station from the hotel. However, not with your heavy luggage. We had a nice suite with two rooms and a kitchen on the eigth floor facing the pool. The rooms were good but the cleaning could (as always) have been better. The pool are... what people say » a was good but the music at was annoying. We asked them to turn down the volume several times and they did but after 10-15 minutes the volume was back - Rooms are really spacious. The twin room is actually room with 2 queen-size beds, so it easily accommodated 2 adults with 2 kids. The pool is very nice, with a smaller pool for kids. Hotel is 10 minutes walk from KL Sentral, and on the way you can see an oldtown coffee restaurant. Hotel provided free shuttle to KLCC, but not too many. When I asked the customer service, it says there is no need to book the shuttle, and the rule is early arrival early served, but when I arrived 10 minutes earlier
